General Policy

At DigitalMDHusain, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and services. Due to the nature of digital products, our refund policy is more restrictive than physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

Digital products (templates, themes, plugins, software, etc.) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. This is because digital products cannot be returned and can be easily copied.

However, we may offer a refund in the following circumstances:

• The product is defective or does not function as described
• The download link is broken or inaccessible
• The product is significantly different from the description
• Technical issues prevent you from using the product

Membership Plans

Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has begun. You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

If you cancel before the end of your billing period, you will retain access until the period ends. No pro-rated refunds will be issued.

Services

For custom services (web development, design, consulting), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss a resolution.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

• Your order number
• The product or service name
• A detailed explanation of the issue
• Any relevant screenshots or evidence

Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:

• The refund request is made more than 14 days after purchase
• The product has been downloaded and used
• The issue is due to user error or compatibility issues that were clearly stated
• The user has violated our Terms & Conditions
• The request is deemed fraudulent or abusive

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without contacting us first, we will dispute the chargeback and may suspend or terminate your account. Please contact us directly to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback.
